Paul Gregutt is a Contributing Editor for Wine Enthusiast magazine, a founding member of the magazine’s Tasting Panel, and currently reviews the wines of Oregon and Canada. Over the past 30 years, he has written thousands of articles and wine reviews for newspapers, magazines and trade journals, as well as six books on Northwest wines, and an award‐winning blog.
He is the author of two critically‐acclaimed editions of “Washington Wines & Wineries – The Essential Guide’ (UC Press), and consulted on the Pacific Northwest entries in the most recent versions of ‘The World Atlas of Wine’ and ‘The Oxford Companion to Wine’. He is a frequent speaker at wine industry events and on wine‐themed cruises. Among his most recent projects are Waitsburg Cellars ‐ a collaborative wine venture with Seattle’s Precept Brands ‐ and the DavePaul5, a rock and country music duo. He lives with his wife and rescue dog Cookie in a renovated 140‐year‐old cottage in Waitsburg, Washington.
