We offer wine, spirit and non-alcoholic boxes along with artisan, small-batch and family-owned olive oil, honey and food. Virtual & Culture With Us connected 4,700 female global team members over 58 countries in 2021. We’ve done a huge amount to spotlight women in the workplace and especially in the wine industry which has a lack of representation, supporting 68 female sommeliers over the last year. We’ve celebrated the success of more than 160 female executives and partnered with close to 40 women-owned businesses around the world, from vendors and suppliers to artisans – and our programs entertain employees and boost morale while fulfilling other needs like team-building, executing new D&I initiatives, supporting mental health, building a strong company culture, and so much more.
