Wine Writers’ Symposium

Per Styregård is a writer living in Stockholm with his wife and son. He’s the wine critic of the largest Scandinavian business daily newspaper, Dagens Industri, the founder of the innovation program Circular Gastronomy, and Academy Chair of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants for Scandinavia & the Baltics. His latest book is called “Smakens makt” (The Power of Taste), and he’s running a series of events, Science Tasting, together with Johan Lundström, professor of psychology at Karolinska Institute, specializing in olfactory perception. Styregård regularly publishes articles in Swedish and international media.
